Approval for Nickel Project Acquisition and Change of Registered Address
Creat Resources Holdings Limited (the "Company") (AIM: CRHL) is pleased to announce the following information:

Approval for Nickel Project Acquisition

The Company is pleased to advise it has received ministerial consent to acquire Exploration Licence 21/2004 and its related mining/exploration information knows as the "Dundas Nickel Project" from Stellar Resources Limited, as detailed in the Company's announcement of 28 August 2009. As a result, the acquisition is now unconditional.  The Licence is situated adjacent the Company's existing Exploration Licence 20/2002 in Western Tasmania, and covers around 13km2 of prospective nickel, tin and tin-copper deposits.

Change of Registered Address
The Company's registered office has relocated to Level 2, 116 Bathurst Street, Hobart 7000, Australia.
