UPDATE ON MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Company is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr Rex Chow as Chief Operations Officer of the Company.  Mr Chow, who holds an MBA and has over 20 years of experience in finance and investments internationally, is currently the general manager of Create Group (HK) Ltd and a partner of Creat Fund Management.  

The Company's Deputy Chairman and independent director Mr Tad Ballantyne said "We (the independent directors) consider this a strategic appointment further strengthening the Company's relationship with one of its major investors and we believe that Rex's cross border knowledge and skills will assist us progress the Company". 

In addition, the Company advises that Mr Derek Sun has departed from the Company and the Company welcomes back Mr Michael McIntyre to the role of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.  Michael previously held the role of CFO in 2007 and is an experienced CPA in Australia.
