Board Appointments

The Company is pleased to announce the following changes to its Board of Directors ("the Board").

Mr Xioajian Ren has stepped down from his roles as Managing Director ("MD") and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company due to the demands of his other business commitments.  In his place, the Board has temporarily appointed its Chairman, Dr Yuewen Zheng, to the positions of MD and CEO with immediate effect.

Dr Zheng has significant banking, finance and investment experience and together with the Company's Chief Operations Officer, Mr Rex Chow, will oversee the management team with a view to progressing the Company's exploration activities.  The Company is currently actively seeking a suitably qualified and experienced full-time MD and CEO. Dr Zheng will hold the offices of MD and CEO until a replacement candidate is found.

The Company wishes to express its gratitude to Mr Ren who was instrumental at procuring and developing investment opportunities for the Company including its recent acquisition of 19.99% of Galaxy Resources Limited ("the Galaxy Acquisition").  Mr Ren remains a Non-Executive Director of the Company and the Board is grateful for his continued contributions.

In connection with the Galaxy Acquisition, the Company agreed that Time Wise Limited ("TML"), a significant investor in the Company, would have the right to appoint a Non-Executive Director to the Board to represent TML's investment in the Company. TML has elected and the Board has agreed to appoint Mr Henry Hang Lau (23 years old) to the role of Non-Executive Director. Mr Lau recently completed a BBA in finance from the George Washington University School of Business and currently holds the office of director with the below companies:

Mr Lau is related to Mr Stephen Lau Hei Wing, a director of TML.  Mr Stephen Lau had investments in the Hong Kong hotel and leisure industry and the textile industry in the PRC. Mr Henry Lau does not hold any ordinary shares in the Company.
